See 3D Ultrasound is not a medical diagnosis or treatment. You should consult with your physician to obtain a standard diagnostic ultrasound scan for medical purposes.
By purchasing the services provided by See 3D Ltd.
the customer agrees to and is subject to all of the terms and conditions stated herein.
The services provided by See 3D Ltd. do not constitute a medical diagnosis, evaluation or treatment, and are not intended to substitute for or augment a standard diagnostic medical ultrasound. Customers undergoing an ultrasound scan with See 3D Ltd. must already be receiving treatment for prenatal care from a physician, and they must disclose the name of the physician to See 3D Ltd..
Customers must ensure that through their physician they undergo a separate diagnostic ultrasound scan for medical purposes to confirm their due date, to screen for fetal abnormalities and anomalies, and to evaluate any other pregnancy related complications or issues.
Since the ultrasound scans provided by See 3D Ltd. are solely for non-medical and non-diagnostic purposes, therefore See 3D Ltd., its officers and employees assume no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any suspected fetal complications and conditions or the failure to diagnose, treat or advise about such suspected fetal complications and conditions. By purchasing services from See 3D Ltd. you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless See 3D Ltd., its officers and employees from all liability arising from the purchased services.
See 3D Ltd. and its employees assume no liability whatsoever for the inadvertent and unwanted disclosure of the sex of the fetus.
During the ultrasound session See 3D Ltd. and its employees will exercise their best efforts to ensure that suitable pictures or video of the fetus are obtained. The customer acknowledges, however, that due to circumstances beyond the control of See 3D Ltd. and its employees the quality or suitability of the pictures or video cannot be guaranteed. These circumstances include but are not limited to the position of the fetus, the placenta, and the internal organs.
See 3D Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to select pictures and video which the customer requests. However, should See 3D Ltd. and the customer be unable to agree upon which still pictures to print or save to disk, or which live action and sequences to videotape and record, then See 3D Ltd. reserves the right to exercise its prerogative and select material that it considers appropriate and suitable.
